The brief
Two audiences, one product. Candidates needed something calm and trustworthy that keeps their CV private until a real employer opens it; employers needed a fast way to filter a pool that has already been checked. The site had to explain that model in seconds.

Every screen ships in a light and a dark theme with the same red accent, so the brand reads the same at 9 a.m. or midnight.
